Where is my order shipped from?

We proudly ship all our products from our state-of-the-art warehouses in the United States, ensuring quick and reliable delivery!

When will my order ship?

We process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, so you can expect prompt shipping! Please note, we don’t process orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, shipments may experience a slight delay, but rest assured, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone if there’s any significant hold-up.

When will my order arrive?

Our delivery times are speedy:

  • Within the US: Most orders arrive in just 2-5 business days.
    Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Absolutely! After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Just enter your tracking number in the provided tab, and you’ll instantly access your delivery details.

Can I cancel my order if I’ve changed my mind?

Of course! We understand that things can change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Simply email us at Support@Zenerful.com within this time frame, and we’ll process a full refund for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or something’s missing?

We’re here to help! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll either replace the item or offer you a full refund—your choice! If you opt for a replacement, we’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send the wrong item back at no extra cost.
